My wrapping sheet is too small
Your square seems too small to wrap your gift? Sometimes, you just have to turn the square and use the corners to close your gift.

My wrapping sheet is too big
Don't panic, even if it seems too big, don't cut it. Just fold the edges inwards to reduce the part that will be used to wrap your gift. Once the right size has been found, all you have to do is fold it.

My labels don't stick anymore
Although they are repositionable and therefore reusable if you have taken care of them between two gift packages, after many utilisations they don't stick anymore.
If your labels no longer stick, you can use masking tape or otherwise recommend some via our site.
My packaging is crumpled
If necessary, you can iron all our gift wrapping.
For the pocket, use a soft iron, taking care to place a tea towel between the soleplate of the iron and the pocket. For the leaves, iron on the reverse, always with a low iron.

Do we take back its gift wrapping or do we offer it with the gift?
